We only work with certified organizations that offer verified, authenticated currency. We do not have the authority or credentials to verify the currency ourselves. So we rely on their guarantees to us. Should you have any questions or issues with our currency, please reach out to us and we'll work to resolve the matter.

For non-subscription purchases, we offer returns within 30 days after receiving your first shipment. We simply ask that you return the product in the same original condition it was received in.
If you sign up on or before the 20th of the month, your first mailing with ship with the monthly mailing.
If you sign up after the 20th, you will receive your first mailing the following month.
We rebill on the 1st of the month. Depending on when you signup, it may be a full month before you see your first rebill. The cut-off date is the 20th.
For example, if you enroll on June 20th, you will receive the June mailing immediately, and your next billing will be on July 1st. You will be charged on the 1st of the month going forward.
If you enrolled after the 20th, your first mailing will be in July. You will then be charged on the 1st of August and the 1st of every month following.

When you enroll, you have access to your account where you can cancel or pause your membership at any time. You'll also be able to update your addresses, card details, and contact info.
