Updating Your Info
For members who need to add/update/alter their customer information.
To Log into your customer account follow these steps.
- Click the Account Icon next to the shopping cart at the top of any page. If you are on a mobile phone, it may be hidden in the menu.
- Enter your email & password and click Log In.
If you forgot your password, don't worry. There is a very easy solution.
On the log-in page, click Forgot Password. That will take you through a process which will resolve the issue.
Changing your email and/or password associated with your account is simple.
- Under the Account tab, there are two sections: Your Details and Your Password.
- To change your email, click Edit under the Your Details section and update your information.
- To change your password, click Change under the Your Password section and update your password. Note: you will need to have access to your current password in order to complete this process.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are changing your address for past orders and/or if you are on a multiple month membership (3 month, 6 month, 12 month, etc), following the steps below will NOT change the shipping address for your orders !
Instead, you must use this form (click here) so we can make the right changes on our end.
If you are adding/editing your shipping address for future orders, please follow the instructions below.
Adding/editing your shipping address is quite simple.
- Under the Subscrptions tab, click the Manage button on the subscription for which you are making the change.
- Under the Shipping Address section, click Edit.
- Select the address from among the existing shipping addresses, or click Add address to create a new shipping address.
- You can also edit an existing address by clicking on the pencil icon next to the address you would like to edit.
- When done, be sure to click Save shipping options for the changes to take effect.
To add a new card to your account, please follow these steps.
- Log into your Customer Account.
- Under the Account tab, find the Wallet section and click View.
- Click Add new payment method and enter your card details, then click Authorize Card.
You're now all set with a new card added to your account. You can now add it to your subscription.
In order to change your credit card that is associtated with your membership, first create a new payment method (see the above answer).
Once you have the new card details added to our system, perform the following:
- Under the Subscriptions tab, find the Billing Details section, and click Change.
- Select the new payment method you would like to use for this subscription.
You're all set. The new card will be charged for that subscription going forward.
This may be a good time to ensure that all your subscriptions have the correct payment method attached.

Mailing Issues
For situations where mailings are missing, incomplete, or damaged.
It's no uncommon for a small portion of our mailings to fail to make it to their final destination. If you have not received your mailing please follow these steps.
- Please wait an addition 5 business days to make sure the mail wasn't just delayed. Sometimes, they were just shuffled and lost during the transport.
- After that initial waiting periods, please contact us using this form, and let us know about your missing mailing.
- We will send out a replacement in the mail asap.
Note: if we experience continued issues with your specific mailing address, further attention may be given to the matter.
We take great care in assuring you receive your full and complete mailing. However, from time to time things get missed. We are packing thousands of mailings a month!

Pausing your membership is quite easy.
- Log into your Customer Account.
- Under the Subscriptions tab, click Manage under the membership service you would like to pause.
- Click Pause my subscription.
- Select a date in the future you would like the subscription to automatically resume.
- Click Pause Subscription and confirm the pop-up box.
Note: members with an outstanding balance will not be able to pause their subscription until the issue is resolved.
You can resume your subscription at any time following these steps.
- Log into your Customer Account.
- Click "Resume" next to the membership you would like to resume.
- A pop-up box will appear with information about when your membership will resume.
- Click "Resume" on that pop-up box.
Pausing Your Membership
Perfect for members who need a short, defined break in services.
Pausing your membership places a temporary hold on your account. You will not be billed, nor will you receive any mailings.
However, your account & information are stored and considered active, so you can resume your membership at anytime.
Pausing a membership is great for temporary holds on our services. There are a few common reasons why members place a pause on thier membership including:
- going on vacation
- traveling out of the area
- summer vacation (teachers)
- moving/changing addresses
Pausing your membership is quite easy.
- Log into your Customer Account.
- Under the Subscriptions tab, click Manage under the membership service you would like to pause.
- Click Pause my subscription.
- Select a date in the future you would like the subscription to automatically resume.
- Click Pause Subscription and confirm the pop-up box.
Note: members with an outstanding balance will not be able to pause their subscription until the issue is resolved.
You can resume your subscription at any time following these steps.
- Log into your Customer Account.
- Click "Resume" next to the membership you would like to resume.

Canceling Your Membership
For members who no longer desire the service, canceling is the right choice.
Canceling your membership permanently ends your membership. You will not be billed, nor will you receive any mailings.
However, your account & information are stored and considered active, so you can resume your membership at anytime.
Canceling your membership is permanent. It will effectively end your membership. When you cancel you are no longer considered an active member. In the future, when you restart your service, you will need to signup all over again at a new price level.
Pausing is a temporary hold. You are still considered an active member and just need to click a button to resume at your current price level.
If you are not certain if you want to renew the service, it's best to place it on pause as this will keep you active and at the same membership price level (you will avoid any price increases).
Canceling your membership is easy.
- Log into your Customer Account.
- Click Manage under the membership service you would like to cancel.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Select Cancel my subscription and click Confirm.
Note: Canceling your subscription will permanently terminate your membership. You may prefer to Pause Your Subscription instead.
